Refund and Returns Policy

At Moviss, we are committed to ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide options for returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.



7-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Moviss products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Cost: No charges apply for exchanges; it’s on us!

Same-Day Refund/Exchange Process

  1. Verification: Once your return/exchange request is verified by our support team, we’ll initiate a reverse pickup within 24 hours.
  2. Pickup Timeline: Our courier partner will pick up the product within the next 1-2 days.
  3. Refund/Exchange Initiation: As soon as the product is picked up, the refund or exchange will be initiated on the same day.



Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed to the bank account you provide when raising the request.

Note: If the item is missing original tags or has been worn, washed, or soiled, the courier may refuse to pick it up.



Important Information

  • Discounted Orders: Orders purchased using a discount coupon will be refunded to your Moviss Wallet only. Orders placed without a discount can be refunded to the original payment source upon request.



Self-Ship Process

If our reverse pickup service is unavailable for your area, please self-ship the product to:

  • Reimbursement: Upon receiving the product, we will refund the full amount, plus INR 100 as a self-shipping charge, to your bank account within 48 hours.



Refund Timeline

  • Bank Refunds (Prepaid Orders): 7-10 business days.
  • Updates: We will notify you via email/SMS once the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Returns initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items without original tags or that appear worn, washed, or soiled.



Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: We may cancel orders due to stock issues or payment errors.

For prepaid orders canceled by the customer, a refund will be credited to the Moviss Wallet within 1 business day or to the original payment source within 7-15 business days, depending on the payment method.

Note: A 7% + GST transaction fee will be deducted from monetary refunds (not applicable for wallet refunds or accidental duplicate payments).
