- Possible Delays: Some locations may experience a delay of 2-3 additional business days, depending on delivery partner availability and location.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- Track your order in real time through the link provided in the email or SMS.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above INR 999.
- Orders Below INR 999: A nominal shipping fee will apply, based on your location.
Important Information
- Address Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or issue a refund, as applicable.
